Nice Dress - Horrendous Job Macy's

Dress is beautiful, however there is a tear in the seam and Macy's shipped it to me with the security tag still intact. So I will be returning it today. Is there no checking before something gets shipped to customer? You mailed miserably @Macy's!

Beautiful dress but previously worn/returned

The dress is beautiful and I'm looking forward to wearing it this weekend at a wedding. That said, when I tried the dress on at home... it was obvious someone wore this dress and returned it. It had body odor in the armpit area. I just took it to the dry cleaners to have it cleaned before the wedding this weekend.
