Runs small

It’s a pretty blush but runs small, about two sizes too small for my chest (38D). I’m 5’4 and would definitely need to get the bottom shortened, even with heels.

Fabric Disaster

I did return this dress ..the fabric was too heavy ,very uncomfortable , the bow was way over sized ..too much gown for me ..5’1 small frame ..
