received melted. it come in. a box with an ice pack, but by the time you receive the ice pack is hot and your chocolate is melted!

Worst ever candy delivery - DONT buy

Does not deserve even one star given the melted condition the candy was delivered. It did contain some pouches to keep it cold? But when I opened the box EVERYTHING was Too Warm! I used a thermometer and pouched were 84 to 85 degrees! Don’t waste your money! If Macy’s is going to partner with other companies, Macy’s should take responsibility for how items are shipped and how they arrive at customers home! I WILL NEVER buy Anything from “Betsy Ann Chocolates-C/O Macy’s‼️I’m considering closing my Macy’s too, that how livid I am!
