Not two pieces and not white

I ordered the two piece set in white. I only got one bath rug and it is definitely ivory, not white. If you really want white to match your decor, cannot recommend this at all!

Only shipped the small one

You know it’s a really nice bathmat but they only sent the small one they did not send two. I need a set so I have no use for this.

Did not get both bv rugs

I was suppose to get two pieces. I got on. I tried to call and get it resolved online. Nothing. I want the other rug not just one.
