Solid Cover (Literally & Figuratively!)

This solid glass cover by Bezrat is exactly as described and pictured with a securely fixed silicon knob (on a side note always try to get grade 3 platinum/medical grade silicon as all others types like even "food grade" leech chemicals on high heat when in contact with food). In a world with far too much plastic, I suggest this alternative. Note that it is on the heavier side and make sure it can fit in your microwave (check weight & dimensions). I'd recommend it with 5/5 stars.

Too heavy and dangerous

This glass microwave cover is too heavy especially put in and taking it out of a microwave. It's over a glass top stove. If it falls stove is done.

very heavy, even with the holes it holds so much steam when reheating food hot water condenses and can burn you when removing the cover.

Micro food protector

It’s just an upside down casserole dish with Un smooth drilling of holes. Left over inadequate Etching looks like could fall into the food.
