The coat is poorly designed and terribly undersized. The too few pockets are in places that are not convenient or deep enough.

Horrible Purchasing Experience with a Seller

I ordered this coat November 13th, 2025 and after 6 business days I finally had to call Macys Online Customer Service. The representative was eager to help and she triple checked my Tracking Number and it was correct. She put notes in my account and requested “the 3rd party” seller contact me regarding this coat. UPS had no information on the Tracking Number. Today I received an email option to send the coat back upon its arrival by 12/1/2025, since it was late. Tonight I received a FULL Refund and an Apology from Macy’s. In my opinion this is not a good Seller and communication from them. So thankful Macy’s took over the issue. I left for NY, “WITHOUT” my new coat, however I found a nicer and better priced coat on Macy’s and it will be there when I get back South!

Not worth the money

I thought I was getting a great sale for a Christmas gift for my son but the zipper on this coat broke in 2 weeks of my son wearing it. Do yourself a favor a do not purchase this coat.
