Do not buy third party merchandise on Macys.com

The jacket didn’t fit well so we returned it in the store. It has been 15 days and still have not received the credit. I was told that it is because it is sold from a third party through Macys. The not on my account is marked that it was returned and that I would see a refund in 10 days. Not refund and no credit so far. And my Macys statement is coming due.

Mad and Hate Macy's store.

The jacket has yet to arrive!! Very very mad at Macy's. Real bad service.

Never Received

Never received the Jacket from the seller and was charged for it. Had to get customer service involved to get a full refund. Unlike Macy's to get involved with third party companies that do not send out items ordered but will charge the customers for it. Do Better Macy's!!!!!!

disappointment

waited 2 weeks after ordering, item never shipped, had to cancel order. Also, being told by Macy's customer service to wait another 1-2 weeks for delivery of item is not acceptable.
