Coat

I did not receive coat yet. I checked and UPS have not received. I ordered on October 12, and UPS even have NOT received coat yet. It is now the 28th. Please refund my funds. I will get a coat from somewhere else. Why have not anyone reach out to me or check what is going on with order. Please email me about my refund. As I don’t want coat anymore. Or to do business with Macys again.
