Unreliable seller

I have tried to return these boots due to the poor quality. Unfortunately, I didn’t know I was buying from a third party. I have tried to contact the seller several times. I never received a return label. I spoke to a manager at the store, I still haven’t received any answers. Be careful buying from a third party from Macy’s online

Love these beautiful boots!

I really liked these boots. The fur wasn’t too thick; it doesn’t take up too much space or make your feet too hot. The color is a beautiful deep black. They run true to size in length. They do not run wide, so if you have slender feet these are for you and they’re gorgeous! (I have a small bunion on the outer side of my foot that felt too much pressure in the boot. Very sad to return them.)
