Less than 2 years old and it's broken.

The sprayer no longer retracts correctly. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and it powered on and sprayed water on my legs while I still had my hand on the electrical outlet. I've got cheaper bidets in other rooms that have been there the better part of a decade operating flawlessly. This is really disappointing.

Disappointing Performance and Relaibility

It did not satisfactorily perform the one function for which it was built! AND it did not even last for ONE YEAR. Over all VERY DISAPPOINTED with the Performance and Reliability of this product. It certainly is not worth the price I paid for it.

Don't buy their product ever... very disappointed

Don't buy their product, I bought 2 of them installed when I had remodeled both my toilets in 2022 and I very very disappointed with the product. Nozzle stopped working after 1 year and now we end up using toilet paper.

Best Purchase Ever!

We love our A7 Bio Bidet seat! We don't know why we waited so long to buy one! The heated seat, night light, and adjustable pressure and warming feature are perfect for making our bidet experience the most comfortable and personalized clean.

Loved it til I could not

I am handicap and really needed this product. Loved it had for less than a year and it won't work. Now trying to reach someone is close to impossible.The customer service is LACKING says 4 to 5 days they will get back to you. Could not even get a human.i can't say because it hasn't been resolved.

THE WATERJET GOT STUCK

I have used this A7 bidet toilet seat for 1 year and 4 months. The waterjet nozzle has problems to extend out to spray water once awhile. I have to manually pull it out or push it back in. Last month, it failed completely and I have not been able to get it extended out to wash. Totally useless now... Oh well, still a nice toiler seat warmer.

Best bidet seat we have ever come across!

This is our second A7 Bio-Bidet seat that we have purchased and we love all the features. It's very simple to operate, and the heated water, warm air & heated seat is a must. My wife said she could not live without it!
