Basically great, but a couple of concerns...
This is my second bidet. LOVE the heated water – such a great upgrade over the basic HD-4000. Just a couple of concerns: (1) The seat-bolt adjustment on the HD-4000 is much easier to work with during installation. (2) On one occasion to date, the thermocouple on this one got stuck in the full-hot position. If it becomes chronic, I'll be in touch with your Customer Support line, but so far it's a one time thing.

Wonderous Clean
We were a bit skeptical at first, but after hearing about Bio-Bidet from a friend we decided to try it out. I originally bought this to help me after surgery when I will have mobility issues, but I am happy to say that we will definitely be keeping it long after! It was easy and straightforward to install. We love the self-cleaning nozzles as well as the option for a warm spray. Also, don't worry if it has the force to do the job. My family can assure you it does.

Voila!
Why did it take so long for such an obvious solution to become popular? I had been awkwardly self-cleaning with a home-made pressure tank applicator wand for a decade before finding the BioBidet! Easy to install without the need for a whole new appliance, pleasurable to use, and I have the cleanest bum on the block (I'll bet - at least so far!) Plus I only use 1 or 2 rolls PER YEAR! Voila!

First Time User and loving it
I bought the Biobidet BBC-270 and to my surprise it was absolutely remarkable. My girlfriend and I truly enjoy it and it does wonders on our backside. I thought that it was ideological to offer the advantage of connecting it to the our hot water nozzle under the sink, this option put the product over the top. Not to mention how great it goes with our whirlpool we just had installed. Several friends have come over to marvel and a couple have already purchased their own. Thank you so much Bio-Bidet for a break-through in our lives.

Love It!!
We just installed it yesterday and immediately loved it. What a revelation! As other reviews say, it works great, easy to use, does the job. My contractor noticed it and said he also recently got one and they love it too. I'll pass the word.

Less than happy
I have had 4 bidets over the last ten years. The two originals were simple mechanical bidets. Simple valve system allowing water to flow. I replaced my wife's bathroom bidet seat when I remodeled the bathroom, and got her the nice heated seat, remote control, upper end bidet seat. She loves this immensely. So, I decided to get the BB-270 as my old bidet valve was getting stiff and I thought it would be nice to have the option of warm water. I received the unit and after installing had a leak up in the plastic housing. Before I go into this though, I will start with my external impressions. Where my old mechanical was a good solid piece of kit (sturdy, functional, lasted numerous years), the first thing I noticed is that the installed unit was flimsy. It flexed easily when applying any pressure on the knobs. I was not thrilled with this. Additionally, where my old unit allowed the spray head to be adjusted back in forth for best angle, this unit did not. Alright, on to the real issue. After placing the unit on the toilet, I noticed that the hot intake was at an angle. This concerned me, but I decided to proceed forward assuming the unit had been pressure tested with air before shipping. Boy was I wrong. After attaching the lines, I applied water pressure and sure enough, water everywhere. Surprised, I disconnected the lines verified good seal on the o-rings and this time used a little more teflon tape. Same thing, but now I'm able to see that the water is leaking out of the housing, more so, than from around the connection. I took the unit off and put my older unit back on. I then took the new unit apart and unlike my old unit, found that the valve inlets are just pressure fit together, no screws or retaining hardware of any kind. The hot intake side was at an angle. So, I physically moved the intake out of the way to find that the rubber gasket/o-ring was crushed on one side allowing water to go everywhere. This is just plain poor assembly and QC. I have found a good replacement gasket and am going to try to re-install this weekend, but am highly disappointed with this product.

Best Bidet on the market
We are remodeling our bathroom so I purchased Bio Bidet BB-270 as replacement to another Bio Bidet BB-270 that I had for the past 7 years. It has been one of the best bidet I have ever owned, mind you I have purchased several other brands in the past 20 years and nothing can beat Bio Bidet. The new bidet has been installed for almost 2 months now and so far it has been as reliable as the previous one. Bio Bidet is the only bidet that I know of that comes with stainless steel water supply line for both cold and hot. The hot supply line is about 5 feet long for easy access to the hot water faucet. All accessories and connections are made for the USA market. Simple and easy install. Can's go wrong for the quality and value.
