Failed to retract after 1 year.

I lived with this sporadic failure for 6 months and now completely failed to retract. The battery life is great on the remote and Auto function is nice. My brondell doesn’t have this issue so it can’t be water issue. Very disappointing as it’s a good product with nice features at a great price.

First Bidet

This is my first bidet seat, and so far I can see the appeal. Makes cleaning up so much more convenient, and the heated seat/night light are a huge plus! My only complaint with the seat is that it’s bulky(which is just a personal squabble, I’ll get used to it) and that the water pressure could be a little higher I feel. It is my first bidet though so maybe that’s the normal water pressure. All In all a great investment.

4.5 stars - Warm, comfy tushy!!!

I got this to replace a simple, one feature, cold water bidet seat, and I'm so glad I did. It was very easy to install, all the needed parts were included, though I did add some of my own plumbing tape for added leakproofing. I did need an extension cord - luckily I had a grounded cord that was the right length. I used it immediately just to test out the features. The warm seat is such a treat, especially in January. That alone will make getting out of bed in the morning (or the middle of the night) easier. The warm water wash was gentle yet thorough. This is a huge improvement over the old seat that blasted icy water at my tender lady parts. I'm not too sure about the drying feature. It seems very low, even on the high setting. Thus 4 stars (really 4.5) instead of 5).

Very happy

I bought this a month ago and I'm very happy I did. Install was easy. Quality is good. Works well. We purchased the A8 instead of the 6800U for the full warranty, just in case.

Terrific

We enjoyed the A8 for 6 years before the heating element went out. It was terrific the entire time! I opted to buy the latest model DLS and install it prior to returning the A8 for repair. BTW: Their customer service department is knowledgeable and accomodating. In my case, I spoke with Tyler, who helped me through the entire process. I

Extremely Happy _ A8 Serenity

I have bought two A8 Models; both very easy to install and are working extremely well. The whole family is happy; long time of warm water . Night light feature is very attraftive.
