My skin is clear and smooth. My nails are growing and it turns out I wasn't taking the proper dose. It says take 3 and I was only taking 2. Can't wait to see the results with the proper amount.

Excellent without taste

Excellent product and I find it easier than having to mix a collagen powder and I don’t care for the taste so this works best for me.

I’ve been happy with the results so far! This is probably the 4th bottle I’ve purchased & I plan to buy more in the future. It helps my hair & my skin feel better!

I take 3 everyday, not sure if it helps. Do not notice any change in hair growth or facial lines.

Helpful as we get older

I bought the collagen to help with elasticity for my plantar fasciitis.i don't know if it helped my ligaments but it seems to have pumped up my hair volume.
