Best Sleep Aid Ever

Joint pain gone!!

Great product!

This is a great product. Other magnesium glycinate capsules are very large and these are very, very small. I don't mind taking 4 instead of 1 as they are so easy to swallow. Thank you!

Great Product for Leg Cramps

I have been using Magnesium Glycinate for quite awhile. They helped my nightly legs disappear. The capsules are small. Not only do they go down easy but they are easy on the stomach. I started out taking a high dose it have lowered it a lot and I am still cramp free
