More Absorbable

Highly absorbable way to get Magnesium with none of the gut distress. My doctor started me on it because I have Osteoporosis. I had to switch to the glycinate form of magnesium instead of the citrate form because it was causing diarrhea

Magnesium.. capsules are not good quality.

I would have given 5 stars but the last two bottles of magnesium, the pills were coming apart in the bottle. Not just one or two but many!!
