Great for children

So easy to swallow, will always purchase!

All other brand magnesium glycinate capsules are huge! I'm thence i find these. These are so small and easy to swallow capsules. Two in the morning and two at night. I take extra if I'm going into afib and they help cut the duration of the episode.

I like that this product comes in capsule form and that the capsules are small. Many times magnesium can be large pills that are hard to swallow.
