I literally swear by taking this, especially during cold and flu season to be proactive when I do get sick now that most of us are back on the office. It really helps my lungs as I have mild asthma. It's a game changer for sure and would absolutely recommend this product. Does what it says and I have no side effects at all.

Calms sinuses

‘Respiratory’ is my go-to supplement when I have stuffed up sinuses. The bonus is that instead of sneezing a dozen times with my allergies, I don’t sneeze at all or will sneeze only once. It’s fast-acting, too. The quercetin, in particular, is most likely the key. Having said that, the supplement’s nettle leaf, cordyceps, marshmallow root, long pepper root, and amla fruit all play a part in alleviating my sinus troubles. ‘Respiratory’ will undoubtedly be a boon to anyone experiencing a cold, allergy to ragweed or dust, or other moderate respiratory issue. I highly recommend it.
