I I bought this product multiple times over the past few years I take it every day for inflammation. The only thing that I could offer is please make sure you do your best to not let capsules break because if they do that powder, stains everything! Once I found a Turmeric product that really helps my inflammation that helps. I stick with it though I do not shop around so as long as you don’t change the product, I’m gonna be loyal.
