Delicious

I have only been taking these for a week, so I don't have results of their efficacy, but I can say they are absolutely delicious and I look forward to taking them every day! I love how they included fo-ti Into the product. It was said to turn the elderly Mr. Wu's white hair back to black after he used the plant for some time. Will update with results!

Biotin Gummies

I completed my second bottle, not sure if I see much of the benefits from it, but I will try for another month. With that said, I do need to say my nails have become stronger! I also use their Omega 3-6-7-9 Gummies, Turmeric Gummies all three of these taste great. I also used the Collagen Boosting Gummies, however I do not like the taste of these and have seen nothing happening don't think I'll reorder these!

Love this Product!

I bought when I started growing my hair (was very very short) and now it's almost to my shoulders in a nice bob! It's been about over a year and I'm sure the hair growth has been helped in part both to time as well as these (I started these about 6 months ago and hadn't really dealt with much of awkward hair phase thankfully!) I'll be sure to continue buying even once my hair is at my desired length :) Must have!

Good supplement

I’ve been taking these biotin gummy‘s for about six months, and they taste great. There have been some gummy‘s that are run across that have hard pieces in them of the pectin, but I’m not too concerned about that. I would say I’ve noticed some growth where my hair was thinning. But I haven’t noticed any improvement in the thickness of my nails, nor are they growing any faster than usual. Keeping in mind that not everybody’s body chemistry is the same. I might have to up my dose or try something else.

Okay

These are okay, taste artificial but most gummy vitamins do. My issue is they stick together and it’s impossible to get them out of the bottle.

Works Great! One Concern

I've been taking this product for about 8 months. My nails grow like crazy, and they are harder. My hair seems to grow a little faster, also. No difference in hair health, though. The one concern is the formula containing Fo-Ti (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5). While I've not experienced any adverse effects as of yet, I'd feel much more comfortable if the formula wouldn't contain this. I don't feel it necessary.
