Birkenstock shoes

I really like Birkenstock shoes, but the associate said they were size 8 and they fit too big. They are size 40 and not 39.

Poor handling

The shoe was okay, but the box arrived extremely damaged. It was embarrassing to have to gift it in a ruined Birkenstock box.
