So disappointed. Arrived damaged twice

I purchased these sandals as a birthday gift for my daughter. Twice the shoes and shoebox arrived damaged and need to be returned. The item was mailed in a plastic white envelope which didn’t withstand the shipping process. Not the quality of delivery I expect from Macy’s. Because she loved the shoe, I ended up purchasing the same sandal from another vendor.
