Style and comfort for my 20-year-old daughter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these as a gift for my 20-year-old style-conscious daughter after she said she'd like to try them out. Stylish but casual, they seemed like a good choice for her. I saw my daughter the other day, 10 days after I gifted the clogs to her, and she was so happy with them! She said she's hardly taken them off, wearing them inside and outside. She even has a small injury on the sole of her foot, and no shoes have been comfortable for a few weeks, but she said the clogs feel great. Personally, I've had a couple pairs of Birks sandals over the years, and the quality is excellent. I've worn them in all sorts of situations and places, and they hold up for years and become more and more comfortable. I'm very glad my daughter is having the same kind of very positive experience with her new Birkenstock clogs!

Received used, dirty, smelly shoes.

Disgusting quality. The shoes are clearly used and worn. Already formed to someone’s unclean toes and feet. There’s debris smashed into the footbed. I won’t even get into the gross dirty smell. Absolutely unacceptable to try and pass these off as new
