Used shoes!

I was sent a pair that was clearly used and returned. There are scuffs, water spots, and dirty lines at the buckles. There's dirt all over the footbed and the gold writing is worn out. These are disgusting and I'm surprised that this would happen with Bloomingdales - I had higher expectations. They're cute but tbh I'm questioning whether they're even real - I would expect someone who would do this would probably also return knockoffs.

Pretty and Comfortable

Lovely sandal. I bought the purple ones, and I love the color. I've gotten many compliments on them. My only concern is that the part where the buckle presses slightly into my foot. But, not bad enough to make me return. I would purchase again.
