Poor quality

The strap is not leather. It’s not even 1 year old and it’s already broken. I brought it to Birkenstock store and they said it’s not repairable SMH. Not all Birkenstock made of leather. It depends on the price. Really…so disappointed.

Macy is a scam

This sandals I tried them on in Valley fair mall and one sandal was literally looked like someone wore it for some time and returned back. So the lady was assisting me to order online and she placed an order for me to get it delivered at my home and guess what they sent me exactly that pair they had available. Macy doesn't care for customers and try to fool people.
