Arrived damaged

Arrived with bright yellow stitching all along the instep of one of the sandals. RETURNING. What an inconvenience. Also, I always wear a 9 in nearly every shoe, and these run very large. I purchased a 9 and will size down when I return...if the smaller size is available.
