Look further

This vaccum has great suction however rhe greatness ends there. Its heavy but i can look past that its the awkwardness of the design when trying to use it. The on/off button is a hidden toggle button on the side where as most vacs these days have an easy to use foot button. Yet i can look past that, it just means more screaming of my name when someone wants something untill i find the button. The worst part about this machine is the hose, you can not pull the hose with out it trying to clasp back or the vaccum tipping over. Oh and the hose tubes are waaaay to short, if you have a bad back you're always bent over trying to vaccum. Now i have to spend more money on the extender pole in order not be in pain vaccuming.

Disappointed

I was very excited to receive this vacuum as a gift, however I have been very unhappy with it. The vacuum is heavy and bulky, it is horrible to use on steps. When you are using the extension it tips forward constantly and makes doing anything difficult. The filter is always getting clogged. The brush attachment has already stopped working after 4 months. I typically am very satisfied with Bissell products but I have truly been disappointed in the function and design of this vacuum.

Totally Satisfied

Vacuum does its job . Easy to clean filters and emptying the debris holder is a breeze . Just stay on top of hair wrapped around the roller brush that's what killed my last Bissel. But I still use the hose attachment to vacuum with that one as well .

Disgusted!

I placed an order for this vacuum yesterday and received it the next day. To my surprise when I opened up the broken box, it was packed with dirt and was already used! I was looking forward to using this vacuum because of the decent reviews it received. I'm am very disappointed that Macy's would send a used product . Obviously, I am returning it.
