Leaks and declining Suction
Product is poor quality. Leaks from the start with this, has progressively worsened leaking from bottom of machine to hose. All the dirty water from the tank leaks out, it’s disgusting. I wish I had utilized the warranty while the product was covered, but due to limited use I forgot how bad the vacuum is until the next random time I pulled it out. I hate this cleaner and regret the purchase. If you want to clean your carpet vs just further scrubbing in whatever you’re attempting to suction (suction is awful), avoid at all costs. Not sanitary. Just a bummer, makes me want to stay away from bissell products moving forward.

Like it so much we have two!
This is the second Bissell spot cleaner we've bought. We keep one at a vacation/rental condo and the other at home. We used to use them to clean up accidents our dogs (or renters) had. Now we have a cat instead, and the machine does a good job cleaning up the nastiness that surrounds his ejected hairballs (yuck!).

disappointing life span
Works well to spot clean. Happy overall, but doesn't last. Hose started drying out/hardening/shrinking within 2 years and then eventually ripped at the nozzle. There are no replacement part options, you can only throw out the whole thing and buy a new one. This is a good product, but like most products now it doesn't last and companies don't offer good enough warranties. Guess they know there is no longevity in their products. Also, what happened to a green economy? Now you just throw away a perfectly good machine because 1 part doesn't last, wasteful.

Works good as a water gun.
After a couple years of owning this I can truly say. Do not buy this. It is absolutely fantastic at getting things wet, the floor around it from it leaking, the clean water tank leaking and that fact that it wont suck the water back up out of the upholstery. It will however suck water out of a popcorn bowl full of water if thats any use to you. Ive emptied the clean water tank spraying down my couch and recliner. Got maybe .3ml out of the entire clean tank that was sprayed. Find something else thats not big name brand at least then its cheaper and might actually work.

I strongly suggest buying it with no second though
It’s a very strong cleaning machine this is my second time buying the same machine

Would not buy again as designed - split hose
Loved this cleaner until the hose split at the handle. Used this cleaner less than 25 times yet the hose split rendering it useless. The way it is designed the hose has a constant stress on it when the hose is stowed. This constant stress will split the hose. If you buy this do not stow the hose.

User friendly and easy to use SpotCean Pet Pro
Very glad I decided to purchase this SpotClean. I worked well cleaning up my cars filthy carpet. Easy to us and very user friendly product. Definitely will recommend to anyone.
