Absolutely Recommend.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have owned this Bissell 2 in 1 carpet cleaner for 11 years. The same machine. 11 YEARS. I use the heck out of this thing (at LEAST twice a month) and it is still an absolute tank. STILL WORKING THE SAME AS THE DAY I BOUGHT IT. I am so jazzed this model is still being made, because the day this beast ever dies (which is probably unlikely) I will be replacing it with the EXACT SAME MACHINE. Seriously, stop questioning and buy this carpet shampooer if you want solid equipment that will probably become a family heirloom.

This product met my needs and expectations.

I already used this cleaner once without any issues. However an area of improvement could by the product manual as pictures could be improved and more defined to represent the topic at hand. In addition, the manual was found to be small.

Perfect purchase

Perfect for both large areas as well as small jobs. The water canister comes off easily. We have used this several times in the month we've had it. Stains gone!

I would recommend this product to anyone

Used for a large area rug, 1 carpeted room and stairway. Wonderful cleaning, easy to use both the upright and portable. Easy to move from from to room. I couldn't believe the amount of pet fur that came up!

I would definitely buy this machine again

I never write reviews but would like share my honest Opinion on this carpet machine. Cons - wish the extension cord was longer. Cons - wish the container that you put cleaning solution and water was bigger Pro - machine is not the heavy Pro - sucks the dirt out ( excellent) I couldn't believe how much did it took out of my carpets and my house is only 2 years old.
