Bissell vacuum not working.
I bought this for a Christmas gift and when it was taken out of the box it was put together and then they charged the battery all night long and then when they went to go use it the next day it worked fine on auto but the second you turned it to turbo it would immediately shut off. I emailed them to do a return and to share my experience and never got an answer back so now I’m stuck with a vacuum that only half works.

I have had this vacuum for over 6 months now and I would not recommend it to anyone. The suction is bad if you try to use the higher suction it turns off immediately even with full battery charge. The only good thing is it is lightweight.

2 months agoJust don't waste your time and money
I wish there was no star rating. This is by far the worst vacuum I've ever got; I'm returning it. It makes noise only while just pushes dirt around and good at trapping fur or dirt to it to just dump it all once turned off. Really a bad product.

The waste container needs to be redesigned.
Picks up good, love the light, but waste container to small and very difficult to empty.

I really trust the Bissell name; I have a Cleanview Helix upright vacuum that I've had for over a decade that works great but this purchase was... disappointing. The vacuum shuts off immediately after I set it on high. To make matters even worse I can't remove the pole from the hand vac section (button is stuck). *see photo. This will be returned.
