Defective & Extremely Noisy not in a good way

Good suction and light weight. The rotary brush cannot be turned off for bare floors and is extremely noisy on bare floor mode and the 2 levels above that. We found a screw that fell out of the brush assembly but could not find out where it came from. The accessory tools are poorly placed on the sides of the machine and hit furniture and fall off constantly. The cord loses 4-5 feet when clipped to top of handle to keep it out of the way from vacuuming it up. The unit is extremely hard to snap it in its upright position after vacuuming.

Problematic dog hair on base tubing.

When I read the reviews on this, they are excellent. So I bought one, and it did just like the one before it collected my dog's hair on the hose.The base of the hose, about six inches of it that goes into the machine. Okay, I don't know where it comes from. No, idea. Then, I bought another one exact same problem. You guys just didn't have any other ones that I could get.So unfortunately, I have the same problem. This is a manufacturer issue. Four machines and same issue. Same spot and about the same amount of hair.

Good Vacuum

Overall it is a good vacuum, picks up the dirt well enough, easy to empty. The two downsides compared to my last Bissell vacuum (35961) is that the cord is 1/3 shorter and the vacuum takes more effort to push around.

hair

i bought this vacuum several years ago . and love it , but for one thing. my dogs hair loves t6o collect around and in the belt pocket. so now that i know this . will now clean out that area once a month.

Black crayon wheels

I loved this vacuum it's multi surface so it made cleaning quick and easy. But then after about a year of use the black wheels started drawing on my hard floors like black crayons every time I vacuumed. Now I have to mop and clean up after using. Still works great for carpets though.
