We purchased the big green clean machine three years ago. The carpet in the high-level townhome that we had where we were renting had carpet that was 28 years old and had stains even after it was professionally cleaned they tried steam cleaning they tried chemical cleaning, etc.. so I decided to try buying the big green clean machine and oh my goodness on the first cleaning the water was almost like mud water so over the years the carpet lightened the first past got the majority of stains out and we’re talking stains that were in there for years and years. That was the best money we ever spent on any product. We absolutely love it now we’ve moved to all on one floor apartment that is all vinyl so we’re going to try the cross wave for something like that with Bissell. All I know is we just love that machine and I’m sure it’s going to sell quickly. I wish they had a trade-in program. Lol. But if you really want a great carpet cleaning machine that’s the tool for you and oh the attachment for upholstery clean the stairs beautifully. I think the stairs were more filthy than the carpet was we also cleaned our couch with upholstery to and it worked well. You just can’t go wrong. I can’t imagine the money we saved in professional carpet, cleaning bills

Would not recommend unless they fix the issue.
Would give a zero if possible. I bought this based on the vdo showing real steam cleaning, but upon using there was zero steam coming out. Returned and got another, which wasn't my original but a use one, still didnt work no steam. I Wish Bissell would fix this then it would be great!

Just upgraded my CrossWave to a HydroSteam
I LOVE my new CrossWave HydroSteam! This is my second CrossWave and I am very happy with my purchase! I typically vacuum and then steam my tile floors. The HydroSteam can do all of that and is great for quick cleanups. I love the small area/rug cleaning capability.
