This is not a heavy duty machine as advertised. Brand new and it doesn’t pick up everything. Disappointing purchase. Would not recommend for someone with pets who shed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love this product. I use it everyday. I have a Diabetic cat the will no longer use the litter box and wets on the kitchen floor. This machine is a live saver (and back saver) for me. Cleanup is no longer a nightmare and only takes minutes and washes the floor too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Bissell crosswave pet pro because I know about the great work that Bissell does in helping fund animal rescues big and small. I also bought it because I have a house with multiple surfaces and multiple pets! I love the fact that I can do my kitchen and bathroom, switch the roller to do my hardwood floors and then pop in a different roller to go do the garage floor where all the rescue kittens are running around. It's super easy to empty the dirty water and even easier to pop out the clean water/cleaner formula container. I can do a quick sweep for the big chunks, pine needles, etc and to sweep the baseboards. And then I can zoom away with the crosswave. It really makes cleaning easy because I hate messing with sloshing mop water and wringing mops.. I am very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the pet pro about 6 years ago and loved, loved!!!! it, couple years ago it stopped putting out the cleaning solution to the floor, it was coming out of the cleaning tank but not the floor and I had no idea what to do!! I tried contacting someone for help but got none. It now sets in my closet last two years hoping someone will know what to do. Other than that it's a great!! cleaning machine and when I can I will buy another one.
