Stains are gone
We have a 21 yo cat that soils the carpet on occasion. The steam cleaner removed the stains, even the older ones!

Very good but slight design issue.
A must have if you have pets, sooner or later they will have an accident. The only issue with this is that the blower exhausts from the bottom so if it is sitting on top of carpet it restrict the air flow somewhat. I just use my free hand to tilt it slightly.

Tiny brush, lack of specs on website...
Minuscule brush attachment is less than 3" wide. This is pretty useless for real-world applications, especially when compared to the nearly 6" brush that came with my older Bissell model. Notice in the description it never mentions the size of these attachments, for good reason. The speciality hair removal brush is even smaller.

Little bit mighty!
We had a cat have an accident on our bed. We had to wait almost a week for our Bissell to arrive. But even with that we were able to get the stain and smell out with lots of soaking and using the machine very happy with the purchase excited to detail my girlfriend‘s car next.

Little Green does a big job well
Bought this as a way to get the occasional pet messes cleaned up and save money. Works great! Very easy to use and to clean up afterwards. I used the recommended Bissell cleaner and it made my rug look like new. Highly recommend this small buddy for your fur babies misplaced messes.

Good purchase !
I received my little green in just two days, wow! I tried it on my living room carpet that I tried cleaning with an upright carpet cleaner before. It was taking FOREVER and didn’t lift all the embedded dirt I was hoping it would. But with two passage and a brush to open the fiber of the rug it’s almost complety clean. And I find it more easy to use than the upright one. Very happy!

Not as good as the SpotBot
I bought this to replace a Bissell SpotBot, but was disappointed that the quality of the cleaning did not compare. The Little Green Max will get rid of easy stains, but set-in stains are a problem. My old SpotBot handled both stains without any issue. Now my carpet (which is a very light tan, so stains will be obvious) has stains that will need to be cleaned by a pro. I never had any lingering stains after using the SpotBot. Also, the SpotBot was all automated - set in on the stain, hit the button, and the machine completes the cycle. The Little Green Max is all manual, so be prepared to spend time on your hands and knees scrubbing and sweating. All I wanted was a replacement for the SpotBot, but what I got was a lot more work.
