I guess ours just took longer to fail. Six months after purchase it simply stopped and will not start.
I believe it will be the power I need to make smoo
I just bought it. It feels lightweight. I first few smoothies are great!

The product worked well 4 times then it broke
I was happy when it worked well because of the the good deal but it broke after 4 times of using. I also noticed that it didn’t actually crushed the food very finely when I set it to “smoothie”.

Wondering if there are any other blades I can use for this thing cause it sucks as far as making smoothies

Ver bad experience about the product
The product stop working on first day of use. we can't expect this from Macy kind of store. Such a low quality production which do not work for a single day
Always leaks . Horrible blender .
You expect more from black and decker . Blender shouldn’t be That difficult

poor quality
it broke after 2 use. it won't turn on anymore. i am going to return this.
Same Problem as Everyone
We got about 20 uses out of this blender before plastic shards came ripping off. Now you can hear broken pieces within the unit itself, also when making smoothies it does a really bad job at mixing making it extremely frustrating. It's a shame BLACK+DECKER would put such a poor product on the market.
