Blender leaked and buttons don’t have the words on it such as chop, grind, liquify etc.

Machine does not work.

I bought this speed blender and plan to use it in Christmas. So, I thought I would try to see how it works. Unfortunately, it does not work. How can I return it without receipt, box, and original backage. Could you please let me know how to return. Thanks, and have wonderful holidays.
