Disappointed Customer
I received the 10 speed Black and Decker blender as a gift a few years ago. I removed it from the box less than a week ago and made a smoothie. Two days later, I attempted to make another smoothie, but it stopped working. I called the company and was told that it was out of warranty and they could only offer me a discount on another one. I refused, of course. I'm really disappointed.

I bought this and after 7 months it stopped working. Very disappointed Black and Decker!!!

Dual coffee maker
I love the design and that it's so easy to clean. The brewing speed is pretty fast. I love that you can preset it and wake up to coffee. It keeps the coffee hot.

Good coffee maker
I love the fact that I can make cold coffee as well. I will take this glamping with us. It brews coffee pretty quickly and I enjoy the fact that I can pause it.

LOVE THIS COFFEE POT!!
I'm really enjoying this coffee maker! It's so convenient to be able to brew a full pot or a single cup, depending on my needs. I also absolutely adore the fact that I can do a pot of cold brew if I'm not feeling hot coffee and it's not watered down or gross. It's especially nice with the warm weather!! It's easy to use, and the coffee tastes great and rich. I love the compact design and the fact that it's easy to clean. For the price, it's a fantastic value! If you're looking for a versatile and affordable coffee maker, I'd definitely suggest giving this one a try! * Not the company's fault probably not handled carefully in shipping but my glass pot did come broken so I had to purchase a new pot unfortunately BUT I still love it regardless lol.

Decent but not the best
Overall it is easy to clean. Not the easiest to figure out at first with the best method of making the ice coffee. I would say the interface is comparable to most coffee makers.
