It Toasts

It toasts both sides, sounds odd, but the last one which I returned only toasted one side. This toasterooks nice, if you wish to leave it out on your counter.

Good value, minor problems

Good value and features. Two problems. 1. The browning control knob setting numbers (1 to 7) on the case around the knob are hard to read. 2. Browning on each opposite side of a bread slice is slightly uneven. Not a big difference, but noticeable. Otherwise a good value.

Black & Decker Toaster

This toaster works like a charm. The defrost function is great for making eggos, etc. You just need to press the round button for the toast to pop up manually. The only drawback I see is the finish which could get a lot of fingerprints on if not wiped frequently.
