Bad Product

the product works fine for sometime, I have rarely used it, may be in total 20 times and the base broke off, only screws left inside and the base got detached making it unstable to use and wires exposed. so please stay away from this product.

Not great.

Doesn’t really get hot enough. We needed a waffle iron and I had reward points I needed to use, so I bought it. The waffles take forever to cook. It’s just two of us so I’ll just keep it. I used bisquick. I might try a recipe for a lighter batter.
