Clasp opens all the time, gold came off quickly. Junk. And because I didn’t pay extra for “protection,” Macys won’t repair or replace. I won’t buy jewelry here again.

bad clasp

the clasp on this bracelet often releases. it needs a safety latch. I was going to buy the matching necklace but now I won't. I don't want to lose both pieces.

I wish I read the reviews first

Beautiful but has a clap that doesn’t stay closed. I bought this in April to hold on to until Christmas for my daughter, and now the return window has closed. Very disappointing.

NEVER DELIVERED but Charged!

It was never delivered as part of the order it appeared to be included in and was not delivered separately either. I continue waiting for it but have never received it. Not the first time this happens with jewelry purchases at Macy’s. It gets charged to my Macy’s card and I end up paying with interest for something I never received and reporting it or speaking with someone live is impossible!
