NEVER DELIVERED but Charged!

It was never delivered as part of the order it appeared to be included in and was not delivered separately either. I continue waiting for it but have never received it. Not the first time this happens with jewelry purchases at Macy’s. It gets charged to my Macy’s card and I end up paying with interest for something I never received and reporting it or speaking with someone live is impossible!

clasp did not hold

the clasp did not hold and I lost my bracelet. very disappointed. that was the second time it came unclaimed but I found it. this time I can't find it. very depressing for a higher priced bracelet.

Beutiful but needs a sturdier closure

The bracelet is absolutely beautiful — I’ve actually bought it twice because I loved it so much! Unfortunately, both times I lost it due to an issue with the clasp/brooch not being secure enough. I’d love to keep wearing it, but it really needs a sturdier closure.
