Never write reviews and funny I got this as I never received my item or response, and therefore my partner never got Christmas present. Unbelievable what has happened to customer service!

NO GIFT BOX!

The actual bracelet is beautiful. It is a nice weight and the pictures represent it well. but NO BOX. MACYS shipping protocols have lapsed since the pandemic. i bought 3 as gifts and now have to find appropriate boxes for them. ☹️
