Looks better in person

Bought this as a present for my mother and even though there was a shipping issue, very happy with the purchase. This necklace looks much better in person. The mini gold balls simmers in person, and the pearls are more grayish than black. Thank you, Macy's.

The necklace is beautiful. The way the item was packaged and mailed is discrediting to Macy's reputation of quality control.
