Defective parts that cannot be assembled…

The top of the heater cannot be assembled due to a defective piece. I’ve reached out to black and decker and they said they’d mail me a new part that isn’t defective but I never got it.

Came BROKEN!

I was really excited to give this to my husband for Xmas.. opened it on Christmas to find lights were broken. I bought it more than 30 days ago so can’t even get a refund nor can you get replacement bulbs. VERY UPSETTING.
