Stolen Money and no shoes

I purchased the shoes they were to large. I contacted Macy’s to return the shoes. I was told since they did not carry that shoe I would need to return the shoe to Rag Company. I used a gift card. I received the return label from rag company. I used a gift card from master card. I was told that it would take at least 15 to 30 days for a return. I went to check the balance on. The card and it showed it was refunded. I go to use the card and was told only 1 dollar was on the card. The total amount on the card should have been 60 dollars. So now I don’t have shoes are money on the gift card. The Black Hawk Company is a fraud. They filed a claim staring I would get my money back. I have the claim number sent in the information they asked for. They send me a gift card with my name on it with no money. Really. So no I am not happy. No shoes no money.
