Recall

Company had to do a replacement for the bottom half after recall and I still haven't gotten the replacement after being advised to destroy the original. Save the money.

It doesn’t start sometimes and it doesn’t blend, everything is just chopped up, don’t waste your money.

Recalled

I used this blend jet once before it was recalled. I am still waiting for the base replacement after all the instructions to even GET the replacement.
