Received Used and Laundered

I love this swim top (I have one in different color that I bought elsewhere). The fit is great, with a bit of tailoring of course. What's not great is the fact that I received it already used! How I could tell: the price tag was included but not attached, the garment hang tags that's sewn into the top were wrinkled and fraying and the entire top smelled like laundry soap/fabric softener. I guess there could be worse things, but come on. Getting a used (and subsequently laundered) swim top from Macy's online was not on my bingo card. Also, to the person who wore, washed and returned this specific item (size 10), be a better human please.

Delivery

My order was promised to be delivered byJuly 11th. It was delivered July 14th. Macys deliveries are late typically whether its going to their store for pickup or to my house. I hesitate to shop online with them for that reason.
