Never recieved Item

I had a terrible experience with this seller. I never received the item I ordered, yet I was charged for it. When I contacted Macy's, they said the seller would take up to seven days to respond and provided a phone number for me to follow up. I called the number, but it went straight to voicemail, with no resolution or follow-up. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication and accountability.
