Too big but return process was a nightmare

The earrings were cheap looking and way too big. But more importantly the return process was a nightmare. I bought three sets of earrings in one order but all three came from three different vendors and returning them to the store was a huge hassle. Although all 4 people I dealt with were nice, no one could figure out how to return them and after three different places within the store, it finally was resolved. It took over 45 minutes!
