Wrong Item and Used

I ordered this and was sent a completely different looking chain, only labeled BLING JEWELRY, and wrong size. Also there was a black hair tangled in the chain upon arrival.

Never Received

I ordered this necklace, I thought I was ordering from Macy's but it was a third party vendor. I never received the chain, contact post office they said I had to wait a month after purchase to file a claim. I waited two weeks after the arrival due date but nothing, I contacted Macy's and they gave me a refund. My suggestion is if it's not actually Macy's selling the item don't purchase it.
