Poor Quality, Zero Customer Service

The hanging snowflake was backwards & there was no way to fix it without destroying the earring. Attempted to contact the manufacturer several times with no response.

Waste of money

Loved them when I got them and wore them daily, but the one snowflakes snapped right off the leverback already so I would say they are not very durable at all. Don't waste your money because mine didn't last a month!
