Beautiful product, poor shipping

The earrings are beautiful. The packing for shipping was insufficient and the post were bent. I straightened them enough to use as I didn’t have time to return and reorder. I hope the posts aren’t damaged so much they break. I appreciate environmental concerns for overpacking; there must be balance that also protects the product.
