Pretty but…

The chain was in knots when it arrived. I took the time to unknot it only to discover the clasp did not work properly. You have to manually close the clasp otherwise it stays open. Since the clasp is small it!s too difficult fir me to do that. Unfortunately, while it’s pretty I’m returning it.
